Hark your minds back to a little incident from a while back earlier this year when Russell Brand got into a spot of bother for allegedly punching a photographer who tried to do a classy up-skirt shot of his then fianc�e Katy Perry.
Remember? Yup, well after a long drawn out legal process, earlier this week all charges against Russell Brand were dropped.
An LA City Attorney spokesperson said:
?Mr Brand and his lawyer attended a hearing on Wednesday. Following that meeting, we do not anticipate any further action will be necessary regarding this matter."
Both Russell and the sneaky paparazzo are set to receive warnings/slap on the wrists from a judge, but who cares about that eh? Certainly not Russell, he looked pretty nonchalant about the affair when we caught up with him in LA over the weekend?
