A few weeks ago, it was widely reported that Gary Barlow and Lily Allen were both in talks to join the X Factor judging panel when Cheryl and Simon both leave.
Unfortunately, Lily took to her Twitter the very next day to dismiss the rumours, but there was no word from Gary?s camp, which speaks volumes if you ask us.
Combine that with the recent news that Gary is now in ?advanced? talks and it?s starting to sound extremely likely that he?ll be making an appearance on the hit reality TV show.
If rumours are to believed the Take That star is ?favourite for the job? and an official announcement is expected in the next couple of weeks.
Is this good news? We can?t decide.
