When Christina Aguilera was presented with a cake to celebrate her 30th birthday, during the Tokyo premiere for Burlesque in Japan last night, she blew kisses to her fans and waved at the crowd.
And it was when she waved at the crowd that we noticed a funny looking scar under her right armpit, but what is that?
Rumour has it the suspicious looking crease could be the result of some cosmetic surgery to enhance her boobies.
Apparently there?s a procedure available where the implant is inserted through your armpit to prevent visible scarring on the breast and the Dirrty singer?s scar suggests this might be what she?s had done. Gross.
