Palmer sure 2011 F2 grid will be full

Formula 2 boss Jonathan Palmer is confident that the series will be over-subscribed next season, thanks to a new calendar and reduced budget. The series has broken away from the World Touring Car package and has had its own calendar, featuring five current Formula 1 circuits, approved by the FIA. The price of a place in the series has also been reduced by �50,000 for the eight-race season
