Over the weekend, lead singer of Green Day Billie Joe Armstrong who usually is oh so cool, lost his cool to the max and smashed up his guitar while on stage at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas.
Now it seems there was a bit more behind it than him just being peed off because he has entered rehab.
During the performance Billie suddenly stops performing mid-song after being told they only had one minute left on stage.
He then got a little peed off and started swearing a fair bit and smashed up his guitar.
He said: 'You're going to give me one minute? One f***ing minute? I've been around since f***ing ninteen eighty f***ing eight and you're going to give me one f***ing minute?
'I'm not f***ing Justin Bieber, you motherf***ers.' (Is it wrong we find that amausing?).
Anyway now a rep has released the following statement on the issue: "Billie Joe is seeking treatment for substance abuse,
"We would like everyone to know that our set was not cut short by Clear Channel and to apologise to those we offended at the iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas.
"We regretfully must postpone some of our upcoming promotional appearances."
